Length Measurement Systerms
QuadraTrak systems
from Beta LaserMike provide on-line measurement of overall cable
length. A reliable and durable design ensures measuremen consitency and
product longeviy with little o no maintenance. Precision quadrature
encoders monitor cable length and provide a pusle output to counter,
indicator or control system
- Timing belts of steel-reinforced polyurethane maintain contact with he cable
- High-grade metals and precse machining used in QuadraTrak bearings and pulleys preven bearing friction or pulley wobble
- Pulley assembly is carefully designed to minimize cable compression
- Quadrature encoder automatically compensaes for backward product movement.
